Bartosz Bilas	352a8b3fe8	package/cegui: bump to current master ... v0-8-7 is pretty old (2016) and raises a lot of build failures so switch to the current master version while at it disable support for irrlicht and fribidi that are broken on master. Moreover disable samples and application templates that are not required. Bartosz Bilas	260c408184	package/cegui: rename and bump version ... Since spice ver. 0.12.6 doesn't depend on cegui anymore let's bump to the latest stable version and rename package.
