0e4d25ff0f packages: remove all := signs 
Finally get rid of all := used for variable definitions in packages,
as we suggest in our manual and during the review of new packages.

While I was at it, I also sometimes added a few missing new lines
between the header and the first variable definition.

e1502ebc0c all packages: rename XXXTARGETS to xxx-package 
Also remove the redundant $(call ...).

This is a purely mechanical change, performed with
find package linux toolchain boot -name \*.mk | \

300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

002a31168e lzma: convert the host package to the autotools infrastructure 
Note that we loose the ability to use a lzma command available on the
host and we now always build your own if a package needs it.

3fdf0bffb8 buildroot: silence ./configure step when building with 'make -s' 
We have been passing -q to ./configure when using 'make -s' for
packages using Makefile.autotools.in for some time. Do the same
for packages using autotools, but not using the
Makefile.autotools.in infrastructure, taking care to not do it
for packages with hand written configure scripts.

422ce6536b package: Remove unnecessary dependencies on uclibc. 
A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no
need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc.

69f8592407 buildroot: set SHELL instead of messing around with CONFIG_SHELL 
Simply set SHELL to bash instead of adding CONFIG_SHELL to all shell
invocations. CONFIG_SHELL is still set, as it is used by kconfig.
