Upstream removed (using git force-push) and recreated version 1.29.1-1
and re-uploaded the source tarball. Therefore, the hash has changed and
needs to be updated.

Add a patch to fix a build issue with luvi after bumping luv from
version 1.9.1 to 1.22.0.
The problem is that luv now uses lua-compat-5.3 instead of defining the
Lua 5.3 API itself. Unfortunately, luv.h now includes compat-5.3.h in the
header file, which causes the build issue with luvi, as luvi does not
find this local header file. Note, that luv ships lua-compat-5.3 as a
dependency.
Therefore, the patch includes compat-5.3.h in the source file luv.c, so
it isn't exposed to external programs.

Note, that fixing this issue reveals another issue in luvi, which is
fixed by the follow up patch.

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with
the letter l in the package directory.
The appropriate ordering is: type, default, depends on, select, help

The libuv library uses __sync atomic built-ins:
$ readelf -a -W output/target/usr/lib/libuv.so.1.0.0 | grep __sync
122: 00000000 0 NOTYPE GLOBAL DEFAULT UND __sync_val_compare_and_swap_4
but this is not currently taken into account in the libuv package,
causing some build failures in packages using libuv as an optional
dependency, such as janus-gateway and mosquitto.
Therefore, this commit updates the libuv package with this additional
dependency. The reverse dependencies of libuv are also updated: luv, luvi
and moarvm.
