8fb0721eb7 package/erofs-utils: bump version to 1.2 
- add selinux support;
- add erofsfuse support;
- add 0001-erofs-utils-fix-multiple-definition-of-sbi.patch [1];
- add 0002-erofs-utils-fuse-fix-linking-when-using-with-selinux.patch [2];
- add 0003-erofs-utils-fuse-disable-backtrace-if-unsupported.patch.

4563ddc011 package/erofs-utils: bump version to 1.1 
- removed 0001-erofs-utils-fix-configure.ac.patch [1];
- removed 0002-erofs-utils-avoid-_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE-and-_GNU_SOURC.patch [2];
- removed 0003-erofs-utils-avoid-using-old-compatibility-type-uint.patch [3];
- removed 0004-erofs-utils-avoid-PAGE_SIZE-redefinition.patch [4];
- add host-pkgconf, util-linux dependencies for uuid support.

359a334e91 package/erofs-utils: new package 
This patch adds EROFS userspace tool erofs-utils to buildroot,
which can be used to generate EROFS images.
