Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
GENTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

We need to pass CFLAGS and LDFLAGS, and to rename the patch so that it
actually gets applied.

Add support for the old squashfs 3.x tools, so that squashfs 3.x root
filesystems can be generated.
