To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.
Sed command used:
find * -type f | xargs sed -i 's#_CONF_OPT\>#&S#g'

libevdev and libinput use the same function name (log_msg).
An easy fix is to rename one of the two functions.

Provide a fallback definition for KEY_MICMUTE (which was added in 3.1) and
fix the fallback definition for KEY_LIGHTS_TOGGLE (which was added in 3.10).
