Arnout Vandecappelle	0f9c0bf3d5	Globally replace $(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin with $(HOST_DIR)/bin ... Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers should also not refer to it. Baruch Siach	f165032e4f	package: add generic support for lz archives ... This commit teaches the generic package handling code how to extract .tar.lz archives. When lzip is not installed on the host, host-lzip gets built automatically.
