- Fix CVE-2020-26682 (In libass 0.14.0, the `ass_outline_construct`'s
call to `outline_stroke` causes a signed integer overflow.) through
676f9dc5b5
which does not apply cleanly over version 0.14.
It should be noted that version 0.15 also fixes other integer
overflows (which have no CVE assigned)

The commit 7e6f4e5 introduces a new bug when building the gst-omx package
for the raspberry.
GST_OMX_VARIANT variable in gst-omx.mk was shadowed to 'generic' after being
set well for raspberry. It results having the gstomx.conf not being installed,
and thus having gst-omx installed but none of its features available.

When one GPL-licensed plugin was enabled, the license of
gst1-plugins-ugly would be "LGPL-2.1+ GPL-2.0", but licenses should be
comma separated, not space separated. So let's fix that to get the

applications, such as mpd, fail to build statically with fluidsynth
because fluidsynth does not fill Libs.Private in their pkg-config file
Because fluidsynth is a cmake-package with many dependencies, it is not
easy to fix so just add a dynamic library dependency.
Here is an extract of src/CMakeLists.txt that gives the list of
fluidsynth possible dependencies:

Video4Linux2 plugins can udev for device probing and monitor.
This greatly improves load time and monitoring performance.
It also enables hotplug monitoring for cameras.
gstreamer is libglib2-based; libgudev is libnglib2-based. So they both
have the same basic dependencies as liblib2 has, and thus propagating
the dependencies of libgudev is not necessary (but might be confusing in
the future, even though such a change is highly unlikely...)

Due to the CONF_ENV options set in the gst1-python.mk file, libpython-dir
must be set manually or else the error:
"Python dynamic library path could not be determined" occurs.
Previously the libpython-dir option was set to
$(HOST_DIR)/lib/python$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR), however, this breaks the
resulting .so because the above full path is baked into the resulting .so.
which results in the error:
Couldn't g_module_open libpython. Reason:
/full/path/to/host/lib/python3.8/libpython3.8.so: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory
To fix this error, set the libpython-dir to /usr/lib.
Because we provide PYTHONPATH=$(PYTHON3_PATH) in the GST1_PYTHON_CONF_ENV,
the logic in the meson file uses the above python3 provided by the PYTHONPATH
variable to determine /usr/lib/ has the proper
python$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR).so file.
Because Buildroot provides the appropriate paths, the meson file finds
the correct .so file and the resulting compiled library has the appropriate
path of /usr/lib/python3.$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR).so
This change has been tested on the following distributions:
- Debian 9 and 10
- Debian 9 without python3 installed on the host.
- Centos7
- Fedora 31
