'echo -n' is not a POSIX construct (no flag support), we shoud use
'printf', especially in init script.

Clean up system directories by making samba conform to FHS and by using
subdirectories e.g. /var/log/samba and /var/run/samba instead of
/var/log and /var/run.

-force some performance enhancing autoconf options
-run 'installscripts' so findsmb and smbtar are installed
-samba binaires were segfaulting with uclibc 0.9.29
when not using: samba_cv_fpie=no. Force it.
