To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_CONF_OPT.

Adjust configuration file library paths in a post-patch hook instead of a
patch as that is more robust / makes it easier to bump the version.

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:
$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))
so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.

The basic rule for a package is to have its options named
after the package name. There is no reason this should not
also be the case for virtual packages.
Besides, this will allow us to switch libopenmax to use the
soon-to-be-introduced virtual-package infrastructure.

Unless it was a group of sub-packages, packages was never regrouped by
category. multimedia/ was an exception to this rule.
This patch move packages/multimedia/ sub-directories to packages/. It
keeps two subdirectories for gstream 0.10 and gstreamer 1.X.
