The license is specified in https://github.com/relan/exfat/blob/master/COPYING and indicates GPL-2.0+
The license changed from from GPL-3.0+ to GPL-2.0+ in 2013 but was never updated in buildroot.

"mount" from the "util-linux" package does expect the helper utilities
in "/sbin" and not "/usr/sbin". We use "--exec-prefix=/" to fix the
issue. The man-pages are then still installed under "/usr/share/man".

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv3/GPLv3+ is GPL-3.0/GPL-3.0+.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv3\>/GPL-3.0/g'

The endianness handling functions in platform.h are protected behind ifdef
__GLIBC__ which musl doesn't define even though it does provide the
endianness handling interface. Work around it by ensuring __GLIBC__ is
defined.
