All the packages in this list have the following properties
* units are provided by buildroot in the package directory
* the SYSTEMD_INSTALL_INIT_HOOK is exactly equivalent to what the
[Install] section of the unit does
The fix removes the soflinking in the .mk file

OpenNTPD looks for a crypto library with tls_config_set_ca_mem, which
is available in LibreSSL but not OpenSSL. If tls_config_set_ca_mem is
found, crypto support is added to the build.
Because this is not currently checked, crypto support might not be
added due to the order of the build. Add a small check to see if
BR2_PACKAGE_LIBRESSL is selected, and if so, add a dependency for it.
Also add a note about this in the Config.in help section.

Other changes:
- Remove upstream patch.
- Change locally computed hash to hash from the SHA256 URL.
- Add sha256sum for license file.
Note that we need to keep <pkg>_AUTORECONF = YES even though the patch
touching the Makefile.am has been removed, because our libtool patch
doesn't apply on the bundled ltmain.sh.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.
This change is done using following command.

Add the _ntp user that the daemon requires to work in any way.
Add a SysV-style initscript as well, but not with '-s' (set time
immediately after startup) because it can make the boot process stall
for a few seconds if there's no proper network connectivity/dns setup.
Make ntp and openntpd mutually exclusive since they overstep each other.

AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

Now that <pkg>_INSTALL_TARGET_OPT always defaults to
'DESTDIR=$(TARGET_DIR) install', we can remove the
<pkg>_INSTALL_TARGET_OPT definition from a lot of packages.

We have been passing -q to ./configure when using 'make -s' for
packages using Makefile.autotools.in for some time. Do the same
for packages using autotools, but not using the
Makefile.autotools.in infrastructure, taking care to not do it
for packages with hand written configure scripts.

A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no
need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc.

use implementation of the Network Time Protocol with a small footprint. It
provides the ability to sync the local clock to remote NTP servers and can act
as NTP server itself, redistributing the local clock.
