d9c144d5f5 fs/squashfs: Add option to compress with extreme options
mksquashfs allows to tweak many compressions parameters. Currently they
can't be changed from kmenu. Leaving out potential space savings.

This adds the option to enable a set of predetermined compression
options. This option is enabled by default for lz4 since lz4 currently
implicitly added the extreme to it in the makefile. So this aids in
keeping backward compatibility.

555f8dfd6e fs/squashfs: Add block size option
One advantage of squashfs over similar technologies is the support for
bigger block sizes. However the default size is not a lot bigger
(typically 128k if no `-b` flag specified).

This patch adds the ability to select from common block sizes
which for example can aid in improving compression ratio.

b6842c4097 fs: make it behave a bit more like the package infra
Currently, to register a filesystem, one has to call:

    $(eval $(call ROOTFS_TARGET,blabla))

This is very unlike the package infrastructure, where the name of the
package is automatically guessed by the infra.

It turns out that we can now do that for the filesystem infra too.

62e626b2ab fs/squashfs: honour the number of parallel jobs
By default, mksquashfs uses all the CPUs available, like us with
BR2_JLEVEL=0.

However, by setting BR21_JLEVEL to non-zero, a user volutarily limits
the number of jobbs allowed to run concurrently (for various reasons,
like this is not a priority task on the machine; or like the
autobuilders, to spread the load accross multiple runs without
overloading the machine).

So, propagate tthe parallelisn settings down to mksquashfs, to repect
the user's will.

0f9c0bf3d5 Globally replace $(HOST_DIR)/usr/bin with $(HOST_DIR)/bin
Since things are no longer installed in $(HOST_DIR)/usr, the callers

d1a2c0ed3c fs/squashfs: remove useless chmod
When that was added (in 975e30b, fs/squashfs: fix image file
permissions), the reasons were not quite explicit.

We are now forcing the umask, and various tests have shown that the mode
on the generated image file are correct without the chmod.

Remove it.

ba4ad9d27c deprecated handling: introduce BR2_DEPRECATED_SINCE_xxxx_xx
In order to keep better track of when a feature got deprecated, and hence
when it can be removed, a new set of symbols BR2_DEPRECATED_SINCE_xxxx_xx is
introduced. These symbols are automatically selected when BR2_DEPRECATED is
selected, and thus are transparent to the user.
A deprecated feature will no longer depend on BR2_DEPRECATED directly, but
rather on the appropriate BR2_DEPRECATED_SINCE_xxxx_xx. If that symbol does
not yet exist, it has to be created in Config.in.
When removing a deprecated feature, one should also check whether this was
the last feature using the BR2_DEPRECATED_SINCE_xxxx_xx symbol, in which
case the latter can be removed from Config.in.

A followup patch will make sure the overview is added to the list of
deprecated features in the manual, so that a buildroot core developer can
easily determine which features to remove in a given development cycle.

847895d295 fs/common.mk: delay evaluation of variables
This makes things easier to understand and more consistent with the pkg-infra.
For example, it removes the need for '$$@' in the CMD variables of fs/*/*.mk.

It also makes it possible to update the variables later, e.g. in the package
override file.

It also makes sure that the date will be recorded correctly in Yann E. Morin's
patch that logs the MESSAGE macros to a file.

The fs/*/*.mk must be updated as well because the '$@' shouldn't be quoted
anymore in the CMD variables or the hooks.

The $(eval ...) for the dependencies is redundant, because the $(ROOTFS_TARGET)
variable is already eval'd. Note that it is only redundant if the evaluation of
the uses of the variable is also delayed.
