Whenever possible, we want to use the "shortcuts" provided by genimage
for the partition-type-uuid values:
- U for the EFI System Partition
- F for FAT32 partitions
- L for root filesystem partitions and other Linux filesystems
In follow-up commits, we will convert existing genimage.cfg to this
convention, except for the root filesystem, if the existing
genimage.cfg specifies a partition-type-uuid that doesn't match the
one that "L" would imply. In this case, we will keep things as-is to
not break existing setups. However, for all future genimage.cfg files,
we recommend to use "L" for the root filesystem.

Links were aimed at the methods.co.nz domain, which is now returning
404s. The current situation of AsciiDoc is unclear to me: the Fedora
package points to this website, they own asciidoc.org, Wikipedia points
to this project as well but their Git repo's README includes the
following paragraph:
> AsciiDoc.py is a legacy processor for this syntax, handling an older
> rendition of AsciiDoc. As such, this will not properly handle the
> current AsciiDoc specification. It is suggested that unless you
> specifically require the AsciiDoc.py toolchain, you should find a
> processor that handles the modern AsciiDoc syntax.

Add allowed notations section for genimage.cfg files by specifying the
accepted suffix or prefix. Note that "K" has been decided to specify
KiloBytes as 1024 bytes. This has been done because in Buildroot the 90%
of the cases were using "K" and not "k".

This patch adds the explanation for the genimage.cfg files coding standard.
A real standard is not defined upstream by the genimage utility
developers[1], but I try to give one here in Buildroot for consistency.

After some discussion, we found out that "tools" has the four first
letters identical to the "toolchain" subfolder, which makes it a bit
unpractical with tab-completion. So, this commit renames "tools" to
"utils", which is more tab-completion-friendly.
This has been discussed with Arnout and Yann.

Add brmake, a small script that redirects the build output log to a
file, keeping just Buildroot's own messages, with the date+time added
at the start of the line.
We need to unbuffer the output of make so that, when the script is
interrupted (SIGINT, ^C), there is no lingering output not yet digested
by the logger loop.

The advantages of using a pre-existing coding style instead of creating
our own are:
- documenting on the manual takes a single sentence;
- there are automatic tools to help during development/review.
So document that PEP8 recommendation should be followed.

Explicitly state that one tab counts for 8 columns in package
description, leaving 62 characters to the text itself.
Update the text and the example in the two places where the Config.in
format is described.
Also mention a newline is expected between the help text itself and the
upstream URL.
This blob can help developers to understand the expected formatting.
Also, it can be referenced by reviewers.

While describing a package I though that the tab and 2 spaces was
already doing the margin for wrapping the help test (ie 70 char when
wrapping to 80) but apparently the full text need to fit 72 columns.
So this patch propose to document that fact in the two places where
the Config.in format is described.

Asciidoc supports two syntaxes for section titles: two-line titles (title
plus underline consisting of a particular symbol), and one-line titles
(title prefixed with a specific number of = signs).
The two-line title underlines are:
Level 0 (top level): ======================
Level 1: ----------------------
Level 2: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Level 3: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Level 4 (bottom level): ++++++++++++++++++++++
and the one-line title prefixes:
= Document Title (level 0) =
== Section title (level 1) ==
=== Section title (level 2) ===
==== Section title (level 3) ====
===== Section title (level 4) =====
The buildroot manual is currenly using the two-line titles, but this has
multiple disadvantages:
- asciidoc also uses some of the underline symbols for other purposes (like
preformatted code, example blocks, ...), which makes it difficult to do
mass replacements, such as a planned follow-up patch that needs to move
all sections one level down.
- it is difficult to remember which level a given underline symbol (=-~^+)
corresponds to, while counting = signs is easy.
This patch changes all two-level titles to one-level titles in the manual.
The bulk of the change was done with the following Python script, except for
the level 1 titles (-----) as these underlines are also used for literal
code blocks.
This patch only changes the titles, no other changes. In
adding-packages-directory.txt, I did add missing newlines between some
titles and their content.
