The TestCrudiniPy3 test fail due to a python 3.10 warning due to pipes
import in crudini.
Indeed, pipes is deprecated since python 3.10 and slated for removal
in python 3.13.
Backport an upstream patch fixing the warning.

release archive instead. This new version is Python 3.x compatible.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license strings as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for GPLv2/GPLv2+ is GPL-2.0/GPL-2.0+.
This change is done by using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/\<GPLv2\>/GPL-2.0/g'
