bbfee1d9b5 configs/beagleboneai_defconfig: add hashes for Linux/headers/u-boot 
And enable BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES.  With this, we can now drop the
defconfig from .checkpackageignore.
