Instead of DL_DIR, the package should now use $(PKG)_DL_DIR to ease the
transition into a new directory structure for DL_DIR.

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with
the letter d in the package directory.
The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars>

Also add a hash file.
The extraction method had to be changed, since the WAD file for this
version is not distributed as a stand-alone file, but comes inside a
2-part DOS self-extracting zip archive.

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:
$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))
so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
