Override CPPFLAGS to fix the following build failure with BR2_OPTIMIZE_0
raised since bump to version 0.14.0 in commit

configure adds -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE to CPPFLAGS if it is not already
defined. However, we don't want _FORTIFY_SOURCE to be enabled unless
it's enabled by Buildroot (for exactly the above reason). Therefore,
override CPPFLAGS in th build step to remove _FORTIFY_SOURCE again.
It should be noted that upstream already rejected a PR to remove
-Werror: https://github.com/smuellerDD/libkcapi/pull/132

Since commit af313accf1,
hasher test application depends on dlfcn.h. To avoid putting all apps
under !BR2_STATIC_LIBS dependency, split BR2_PACKAGE_LIBKCAPI_APPS into
several variables.
Moreover, BR2_USE_MMU is only a dependency of BR2_PACKAGE_LIBKCAPI_TEST
as other applications don't use fork.
Finally, enc or dgst applications could be enabled in a next patch if
needed.

Switch from github hash to an official release.
Several upstream patches are required to build the code correctly
on all platforms supported by buildroot.
The test application now uses fork().

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-3c is BSD-3-Clause.
This change is done using following command.

This package provides a userspace library that allows easy use of crypto
interfaces exposed by the kernel.
A git tip is used instead of the last official release, as autotools
support and cross-compilation fixes have been added only very recently.
