5c67cb1d04 linux: use zImage by default on ARM
Since quite some time, the kernel and bootloader communities consider
zImage as the default format for kernel images on ARM, replacing
uImage. The load address information in uImage is no longer needed,
since the kernel is position-independent in terms of physical address,
except on a few old platforms. For most people, using zImage is simply
better/simpler, so let's switch to zImage as the default image format
on ARM.

All defconfigs are updated: 46 defconfigs no longer need to select
explicitly zImage because it's the default, and 16 defconfigs now need
to explicitly select uImage because that's no longer the default.

674e099678 defconfigs: all use the headers from the kernel
For most defconfigs, it was trivial to deduce the kernel version, by
just reading the version string, which could be:
  - a standard upstream version string vX.Y.Z
  - a non-standard version string, but still containg the standard X.Y.Z

Those for which it was not so trivial were those hosted on git tree.
Since most were already using a custom linux-headers version, it could
be easily deduced from that. It was confirmed by browsing said git trees
and check the version there.

There are a few cases were there was a mismatch:

  - microzed: uses a 3.18 kernel, but 3.8 headers; fixed.
  - xilinx_zc706: uses a 3.14 kernel, but 3.8 headers; fixed.
  - zedboard: uses a 3.18 kernel, but 3.8 headers; fixed.

3cb668d5b5 configs: fix build of calao_usb_a9g20_lpw_defconfig
Both the Barebox and AT91Bootstrap patches for the Calao USB A9G20
board are located in the same directory, board/calao/usb-a9g20-lpw/,
with only a prefix making a difference between whether they apply to
Barebox or AT91Bootstrap.

Unfortunately, since commit 0eba4759fa
("packages: apply custom patches using *.patch instead of
<pkg>-*.patch"), the logic to apply custom patches in Barebox and
AT91Bootstrap has been changed from applying <package>-*.patch to
applying *.patch (in order to be consistent with what we do for all
packages in Buildroot).

However, this had the effect of trying to apply both the AT91Bootstrap
and Barebox patches on both packages, which obviously cannot work.

This commit fixes that by moving patches around, and switching to use
BR2_GLOBAL_PATCH_DIR.

acdff25a96 calao_usb_a9g20_lpw_defconfig: lock to kernel 3.10.x
The calao defconfig fails to build with 3.11, so lock the kernel version
to the last version known to build.

b3c9b89bd9 calao: use zImage on usb-a9263 and usb-a9g20 lpw
