When available, libconfuse will use the libintl provided by the gettext

Since libconfuse now has a proper release tar ball, this also adds a
hash, removes autogen, and removes a patch that is no longer needed.

libconfuse is being migrated to github (see
http://www.nongnu.org/confuse/) So, just follow suit.
Needs a bit of a hack so gettextize + autoreconf does not step on each
other's toes. See comment in the patch.

Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
