Otherwise the link would appear broken in output/target it's not that
big a deal but at least it's coherent with what we already have.

As discussed, users should use a rootfs overlay or a post-build script
instead of a custom skeleton to override files installed by Buildroot,
so there is no point in having conditions when installing init scripts
or configuration files.

Update initscript for the /usr/sbin -> /usr/bin change which is the
default installation directory now that it's using autotools infra.
Also add hash file.
Make the initscript use tabs instead of spaces.
Make the config file installation conditional.
Now with optional gnutls support for HTTPS.

inadyn is a DynamicDNS client/updater which works with dyndns.com, noip.com
and many other DDNS providers. It is minimal in footprint and requirements,
supports IP caching, multiple providers, multiple domain names, and
a variety of other situations.
