The following commit prevents the e2fsprogs package from inadvertently
removing its own binaries when a target includes BusyBox and is
targeting a usr-merged environment.
While an action has been added to cleanup BusyBox-provided (if any)
ext2-related tools when including e2fsprogs, the action will delete
desired e2fsprogs binaries in an already prepared usr-merged target.
Adjusting the cleanup to occur before installing e2fsprogs binaries so
that if a usr-merged target exists, it will first delete the previous
binaries (if any) followed by installing new binaries.

e4defrag from e2fsprogs 1.42.13 encounters these build errors on RHEL5.8 hosts:
e4defrag.c:197:2: error: #error sync_file_range not available!
e4defrag.c:201:2: error: #error fallocate64 not available!
It's possible to fix these problems, but we don't use it on the host
anyway, so just disable it.

Following commit aa02829240 (e2fsprogs: remove busybox tune2fs when
installing full version, 2015-07-08), remove the rest of Busybox e2fsprogs
applet links. All of them are installed in different locations than upstream
e2fsprogs.

Currently, busybox installs a version of tune2fs in /sbin/ while
e2fsprogs installs at /usr/sbin/. This causes issues if a user is
expecting the to use the full version from a prompt via 'tune2fs'
since busybox's tune2fs will be found first from the default path
search.
Fix this by removing the busybox version of tune2fs when a user has
selected the option to install tune2fs from e2fsprogs.
[Thomas: don't hijack E2FSPROGS_TARGET_TUNE2FS_SYMLINK for the removal
and instead introduce a separate E2FSPROGS_REMOVE_BUSYBOX_APPLETS post
install target hook, and do related code re-organization.]

Since a while, the semantic of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB has been changed
from "prefer static libraries when possible" to "use only static
libraries". The former semantic didn't make much sense, since the user
had absolutely no control/idea of which package would use static
libraries, and which packages would not. Therefore, for quite some
time, we have been starting to enforce that BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB
should really build everything with static libraries.
As a consequence, this patch renames BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS, and adjust the Config.in option accordingly.
This also helps preparing the addition of other options to select
shared, shared+static or just static.
Note that we have verified that this commit can be reproduced by
simply doing a global rename of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS plus adding BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to Config.in.legacy.

While the autotools infrastructure was using FOO_MAKE_OPT, generic packages
were typically using FOO_MAKE_OPTS. This inconsistency becomes a problem
when a new infrastructure is introduced that wants to make use of
FOO_MAKE_OPT(S), and can live alongside either generic-package or
autotools-package. The new infrastructure will have to choose between either
OPT or OPTS, and thus rule out transparent usage by respectively generic
packages or generic packages. An example of such an infrastructure is
kconfig-package, which provides kconfig-related make targets.
The OPTS variant is more logical, as there are typically multiple options.
This patch renames all occurrences of FOO_MAKE_OPT in FOO_MAKE_OPTS.

(external) nios2 toolchain is currently missing the fallocate64 system
call. Because of compiling the e2fsprogs package with _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64,
_LARGEFILE_SOURCE and _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE the fallocate call is replaced
by fallocate64 by the glibc. Therefore fallocate is entirely disabled while
configuring the package.

The e2fsprogs configure script enables the build of the e4defrag
utility by default. Disable it unless BR2_PACKAGE_E2FSPROGS_E4DEFRAG
is selected.
Also the --disable-blkid option is not recognized by the configure
script. Use --disable-libblkid instead.

AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

e2fsprogs uuidd no longer builds with libuuid from util-linux 2.20,
and according to tytso the util-linux version should be used instead
when using libuuid from there, so drop the e2fsprogs option.

e2fsprogs and util-linux both provide blkid / libblkid causing conflicts
if both are enabled. The preferred upstream (E.G. what is used by Debian)
is util-linux, so remove the options from e2fsprogs and make it use the
util-linux version instead.
