c94a212390 package/gobject-introspection: disable for riscv32
Fixes:
http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/e32/e323f43952b3863cedfdae765b3fb10ec6b8d889/
http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/53e/53e7b82baa9edb342cd110717d6b8ac82d5d933c/

And many more.

qemu-user 5.0.0 for riscv32 segfaults when running the g-i qemu wrapper, so
disable gobject-introspection. There are no autobuilder failures for next,
so it looks to be fixed in qemu 5.1.0.

As python-gobject and gst1-python select gobject-introspection, add a
BR2_PACKAGE_GOBJECT_INTROSPECTION_ARCH_SUPPORTS symbol they can depend on
rather than having to propagate the dependencies.

79f41c3e72 package/openal: needs gcc >= 4.9
openal uses std::max_align_t since version 1.20.0 and

As a result, it is affected by

and the build with gcc <= 4.8 will fail on:

Disable introspection as it raises a build failure with autotools.

111a1c7091 package/fluidsynth: needs dynamic library
applications, such as mpd, fail to build statically with fluidsynth
because fluidsynth does not fill Libs.Private in their pkg-config file

Because fluidsynth is a cmake-package with many dependencies, it is not
easy to fix so just add a dynamic library dependency.

Here is an extract of src/CMakeLists.txt that gives the list of
fluidsynth possible dependencies:

43aa2fcc54 package/openal: bump to version 1.20.1
This will fix the build with gcc 10 due to the library codebase being
switched to C++11.

It should be noted that bumping the C++ requirement from C++11 to C++14
is not needed for this bump as this change is not yet in this version:

Also update indentation in hash file (two spaces)

f50086e59f package/gstreamer1/gst1-plugins-good: Enable GUDEV for V4L2 if available
Video4Linux2 plugins can udev for device probing and monitor.
This greatly improves load time and monitoring performance.

It also enables hotplug monitoring for cameras.

gstreamer is libglib2-based; libgudev is libnglib2-based. So they both
have the same basic dependencies as liblib2 has, and thus propagating
the dependencies of libgudev is not necessary (but might be confusing in
the future, even though such a change is highly unlikely...)

e3053f2176 package/gstreamer1/gst1-python: fix libpython-dir path
Due to the CONF_ENV options set in the gst1-python.mk file, libpython-dir
must be set manually or else the error:
"Python dynamic library path could not be determined" occurs.

Previously the libpython-dir option was set to
$(HOST_DIR)/lib/python$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR), however, this breaks the
resulting .so because the above full path is baked into the resulting .so.
which results in the error:

Couldn't g_module_open libpython. Reason:
/full/path/to/host/lib/python3.8/libpython3.8.so: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory

To fix this error, set the libpython-dir to /usr/lib.
Because we provide PYTHONPATH=$(PYTHON3_PATH) in the GST1_PYTHON_CONF_ENV,
the logic in the meson file uses the above python3 provided by the PYTHONPATH
variable to determine /usr/lib/ has the proper
python$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR).so file.

Because Buildroot provides the appropriate paths, the meson file finds
the correct .so file and the resulting compiled library has the appropriate
path of /usr/lib/python3.$(PYTHON3_VERSION_MAJOR).so

This change has been tested on the following distributions:
  - Debian 9 and 10
  - Debian 9 without python3 installed on the host.
  - Centos7
  - Fedora 31

73691c51f6 package/gst1-plugins-bad: remove rpi-userland extra include paths
Fixes #12366 [1]

The rpi-userland extra include paths where added with [2] including
a rpi-userland dependency for the dispmanx option.

The dispmanx option was moved to gst1-plugins-base with commit [3],
including the rpi-userland dependency, excluding the extra include
paths.

Tested gst1-plugins-base with dispmanx enabled compiles without
failures. It seems to be safe to remove the extra includes from
gst1-plugins-bad.

Fixes (from meson-log.txt):

  Sanity check compile stderr:

f295ad4cb0 package/*: do not override LICENSE, but append to it
Now that the infra takes care of removing extraneous spaces before
commas, we can safely append to LICENSE variables.

This removes the only case where we had to use immediate assignment
to append to a variable.

Mechanical change, with:

    $ sed -r -i -e 's/\<([^[:space:]]+_LICENSE) := \$\(\1\),/\1 += ,/' \
        $(git grep -l -E '\<([^[:space:]]+_LICENSE) := \$\(\1\),')
