Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

Now that those values are passed at the autotools infrastructure
level, there's no need for every package to pass inconsistent values.

When the configuration cache has been filled with a value for
ac_cv_host, host-lzo fails to detect the target system name. This is
due to misbehaving code in the ./configure script. Therefore, we need
to autoreconf the package, which in turn requires :
* a little fix to the configure.ac file
* a little fix to src/Makefile.am
* an extraction of important parts of aclocal.m4 into acinclude.m4

We have been passing -q to ./configure when using 'make -s' for
packages using Makefile.autotools.in for some time. Do the same
for packages using autotools, but not using the
Makefile.autotools.in infrastructure, taking care to not do it
for packages with hand written configure scripts.

A C library will have been built by the toolchain makefiles, so there is no
need for packages to explicitly depend on uclibc.

This patch changes the path used as dependency for liblzo, which appears to be
pointing to $(STAGING_DIR)/usr prefix while the package is actually installed
with prefix ${STAGING_DIR}
