The configure.ac check for atomic intrinsics assumes that if an atomic
intrinsic is not available, it's because we must link with
libatomic. Except that libatomic is not always available, for example
with gcc <= 4.7.
To fix this, this commit adds a patch that reworks the atomic check in
configure.ac. It has been submitted upstream, and tested in a number
of different combinations.

Commit "add dependency on elfutils for R600 with LLVM" [1] select
elfutils package at Kconfig level without adding it the make dependency.
Enabling r600 support lead to a build issue when building from
scratch with "make mesa3d".

at make level.

Gallium R600 needs libelf when mesa is built with llvm support.
Because of this, toolchain must use either uClibc or glibc, as
musl is not currently compatible with elfutils.
This patch solves:

We cannot simply select BR2_PACKAGE_LLVM, we need to take into account
all its dependencies. BR2_PACKAGE_LLVM_ARCH_SUPPORTS was already taken
into account, but not the other dependencies.

This patch provides LLVM support for Mesa3D, enabling llvmpipe
software rasterizer if Gallium swrast is selected.
In case Gallium r600 is selected, llvm AMDGPU backend is built.
Having llvm installed also enables radeonsi Gallium driver, but
it is not provided with this patch as it hasn't been tested.
It uses llvm-config (host variant) installed in STAGING_DIR/usr/bin
to get LLVM libraries. Assuming that LLVM version 5.0.1 is installed,
llvm-config --libs will output -lLLVM-5.0.

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.
The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

It's 2017 and uClibc toolchains have been rebuild with uClibc-ng.

Neon is compulsory on AArch64, and BR2_ARM_CPU_HAS_NEON is false on
AArch64. Therefore, this change is needed to enable building VC4
gallium driver for Rpi3 using AArch64.

The VC4 GPU does not support full GL, it only provides EGL.
Currently, it is possible to build the VC4 backend without EGL support,
but that does not make sense in the slighest.
So, forcibly enable EGL with VC4, like is done for etnaviv and virgl.
