Getting the hashes from upstream is not always possible:
- Mentor's Sourcery: seems to require an account
- TI's Arago: not able to locate the upstream.
- Linaro: only signatures
- Misc other toolchains.
So, all hashes were locally computed.

Those toolchains are downloaded from Sourceforge, and are therefore
affected by the Sourcefoge download issues. Therefore, this commit
adds the hashes for those toolchain tarballs.
