a6f9dff3af configs/sheevaplug_defconfig: add hashes for u-boot and Linux 
And enable BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES.

Generated by utils/add-custom-hashes, with the (redundant)
linux-headers.hash replaced by a symlink.

2d6a5a0cc7 configs/sheevaplug_defconfig: backport gcc >= 10 u-boot patch 
Fixes https://gitlab.com/buildroot.org/buildroot/-/jobs/1758966307

The old U-Boot version used does not build with hostcc >= 10.  Backport a
patch fixing that issue.
