.gitlab-ci.yml: regenerate after adding TestCheckPackage

When adding the check-package test, the committer (Arnout) merged the
TestCheckPackageBasicUsage class into the TestCheckPackage class, but
failed to regenerate .gitlab-ci.yml. Do this now.
