toolchain/crosstool-NG: add dependencies on host- tools

Depends on:
- GNU awk       --> host-gawk
- GNU automake  --> host-automake

Remove dependency on 'cvs'. cvs is used to retrieve newlib,
which is not supported under Buildroot.
