Subject: [PATCH] Add an option to disable -Werror
Allow the user to disable -Werror to avoid the following build failure
with gcc 4.8:
libtac/lib/magic.c:138:13: error: ignoring return value of 'read', declared with attribute warn_unused_result [-Werror=unused-result]
