configs/arm_foundationv8: use BR2_LINUX_KERNEL_USE_ARCH_DEFAULT_CONFIG

Commit 53ced1f6d3 ("linux: allow the selection of the architecture's
default configuration") allows us to specify the Linux defconfig
cleanly.
