package/libselinux: enable kernel selinux support for ext2 images

If BR2_TARGET_ROOTFS_EXT2 is selected, enable the following kernel options:
  - CONFIG_EXT2_FS_XATTR
  - CONFIG_EXT2_FS_SECURITY
