package/sysklogd: fix installation path of the daemons

Browse Source 
Use "--exec-prefix=/" to install syslogd and klogd at /sbin, as required
by the init scripts. This also ensures that the BusyBox counterparts are
not installed.

Update the systemd unit files, accordingly.
