check-host-rpath: no longer check $(HOST_DIR)/usr/{bin, sbin}

Since $(HOST_DIR)/usr/{bin,sbin} are now symlinks to
$(HOST_DIR)/{bin,sbin}, it makes no sense to check them - they are
already covered.
