cairo: bump to version 1.15.12

- Remove second patch (LTO support removed since 1.14.0 in August 2014:
  https://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo/commit/?id=c7ff9bb32e20679d6da4e8a2856be716e5bd9e12
- Add hash for license files
