docs/manual/pkg-cmake.txt: fix _INSTALL_STAGING_OPTS/_INSTALL_TARGET_OPTS description

Since commit dfcc18f84b cmake-package
_INSTALL_STAGING_OPTS/_INSTALL_TARGET_OPTS use 'install/fast'
instead of 'install', adjust documentation accordingly.
