configs/octavo_osd32mp1_brk: update BSP components

Update description:
  TF-A to v2.4-stm32mp-r1
  U-boot to version v2020.10-stm32mp-r2.1
  Linux to v5.10-stm32mp-r2.1

This patch also updates U-boot to to use FIP image.
