package/openzwave: needs dynamic library openzwave always builds and installs a dynamic library, so add a dependency to !BR2_STATIC_LIBS. domoticz is the only package that uses openzwave and it already depends on !BR2_STATIC_LIBS. This behavior has not changed from 1.5 to 1.6 even if there is only a build failure with 1.6. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text.
