Subject: [PATCH] common: Rename strlcpy to DT_strlcpy

strlcpy function is defined in uClibc library, causing "static
declaration of strlcpy follows non-static declaration" build
errors.
Rename internal strlcpy function to DT_strlcpy to avoid conflicts.
