ti-cgt-pru: add package for PRU Host toolchain TI provides a binary code generation toolchain to develop firmware for the programmable real-time unit/co-processor found in some SOCs such as some models in the AM335x line. This toolchain includes C/C++ support (clpru) rather than just assembler (pasm) supported by the pre-existing am335x-pru-package [1]. Following the lead of the Yocto meta-ti layer [2], this package provides a host toolchain suitable for an x86 (or x86_64) Linux targeting an ARM-based PRU core. package/ti-cgt-pru: bump to 2.2.1 See: http://www.ti.com/tool/download/PRU-CGT-2-2 The ti-cgt-pru v2.1.x installer are affected by a bug with recent distribution (Fedora 27 and Ubuntu 17.10) using kernel 4.13 or 4.14 with a glibc 2.26. The installer is stuck in a futex(wait) system call. While at it, add license hash. ti-cgt-pru: use HOST_TI_CGT_PRU_DL_DIR instead of TI_CGT_PRU_DL_DIR The infrastructure only provides HOST_TI_CGT_PRU_DL_DIR, because this package is host only. Ideally the infra should provide TI_CGT_PRU_DL_DIR, but it doesn't currently, and that requires more significant changes.
