package/wlroots: bump to version 0.14.1 Update to version 0.14.1, and adapt to upstream changes: - seatd/libseat is now used unconditionally, the logind/elogind build options have been removed (which can be used through seatd, no functionality is lost). - Now wlroots includes a software-based renderer (which uses pixman), and the OpenGL ES one is optional. For now it is left always enabled (as it was before) but this could be changed in the future. Wlroots is able to run on drivers that provide EGL and GLES2.0 support, and with specific EGL wayland extensions. (thus the BR2_PACKAGE_HAS_LIBEGL_WAYLAND dependency) This was verified on NXP's i.MX8MMini using imx-gpu-viv driver. Currently in Buildroot there is only cage, to be updated by a follow-up patch of the series. Additionally, remove usage of the xcb-icccm build option, which is no longer available and update the dependencies needed by the X11 support. Note that the dependencies neded by the X11 backend are a superset of the ones needed for XWayland support, so we can make toggle both Meson options at once.
